Description of warranty and guarantee
- This product has 3 years of warranty repair or replacement and 10 years of after -sales service warranty. It should be noted that the shipping cost of the device from Farzad Razavi Trading SPC must be paid by the buyer company.
- The warranty period only includes the device.
- After the warranty period, Farzad Razavi Trading SPC will continue to provide full support, but the cost of repairs and calibration will be charged.
- Any software update will be done for free

Description of training
- Training for industrial centers is 20 hours (2 days) at the customer's substation or laboratory for free, and the cost of accommodation and return is the responsibility of the buyer.
- There will be unlimited phone support that will allow you to have your questions answered 24 hours a day.
